how do you KNOW he’s the one?

i’ve always been curious...how do you know your significant other is “the one”? how do you know you’ve found the person you’re going to spend the rest of your life with? are there any signs? please let me know, i want to see if any of you ladies feel the same way i do.

Honestly, if they are the one.... your not going to have to ask a bunch of strangers on the internet, not intended to sound rude, your just going to know... your not going to be without them, your hurt will hurt with so much love...they are all you can focus on and think about... nothing or nowhere feels better than being with them

Honestly, and this is probably not helpful, I think you know when you know.  For me, it was like a flip switched and I just knew.  I was just looking at him in a parking lot outside stater bro’s and it hit me.

“When you know, you know” is probably the most frustrating answer in the world for someone who hasn’t had that feeling. BUT, once you do find the one you realize how true that statement is. There’s no feeling like it in the world. There’s no specific thing or feeling, you literally just know. I knew the very first time I met my husband that I’d spend the rest of my life with him ❤️

It was just different I would have never agreed to marry any of the guys I was together with before no matter what. And when he asked it was just like a given I never even questioned it.

I don't know. I love my husband so much. He is amazing but still a flawed individual, like the rest of us. "The one" might be in another country or down the road. I knew my husband was the one I wanted to be with forever because he was the only man I've ever considered marrying. I'm so happy I did.

Same as previous poster, there wasn't one thing, it was a feeling, when you know you just know. I met my now husband at school and the moment I saw him the whole universe just seemed to make sense. 8 years and 2 kids later and I still am in absolute awe of him.
