Negative Hcg, Positive Hpt

Ladies,

I had a D&C done on October 2 at 8 weeks gestation due to no fetal heartbeat. A month later my Hcg was still very high and I thought I was pregnant again. I had to get labs drawn every two days which confirmed that it was lingering hormones from the lost pregnancy. Monday Nov. 18th, my levels went down to less than two which should be undetectable. Yesterday I got a positive first response again! Anybody else experience this or know why Hcg is no longer in the blood, but still detectable by urine?

Could this be a new pregnancy?? 🌈🤞🏽
