Acid Reflux Relief
Hey Mamas,
I’ve never had heartburn or acid reflux before but lately it’s been bad🤢 Last night after eating dinner I got such bad acid reflux out of no where that I had to run to the bathroom to throw up - I threw up so violently that I peed my pants🤦🏻♀️
I took Tums but it’s still been keeping me awake at night - what are you ladies doing to get relief?
