Confused

Hello girls okay so I need some help... I had sex the day after my period which was November 12 and I had spotting on Saturday the 16th but only once when I whipped and that’s it... and today is November 22 I’m also spotting but more than I did on the 16 my period shouldn’t be coming until next month since I already got it this month do you girls know what it could be?
