Morning sickness

Hey all!! I suffer from severe morning sickness, for my son I was out on bedrest after loosing 18lbs and my second 35lbs which led to a miscarriage..I wanna try again for another but I'm at heart knowing ill have severe morning sickness again! What helped you guys with morning sickness? And how did you cope with it? I dont wanna be put on bedrest while having a toddler running around! Thanks all in advance 😘
