Hi I have bad anxiety

Okay so some of yall will probably think I'm a nut and yeah I am but I been really having bad anxiety lately (I'm already on medicine for anxiety) but I've been scared about sudc like I know it's rare but just the fact it could happen and no one knows what causes it scares the shit outta me, my daughter is 2 and I love her so much I honestly havent been sleeping well I been just making sure shes okay. My boyfriend tells me shes going to be fine and is there for me but idk what to do
