7 days since Chemical pregnancy, and there’s still HCG?

7 days since the heavy bleeding and there’s still a faint line of HCG on the test strip. Does it mean my ovulation will be delayed until the HCG is completely gone?

Sorry about your loss, I know how hard it is. Is your doctor having you continue blood work until it's back to normal? It needs to be normal before you can get pregnant again I believe.

Answer

Your body won’t ovulate untill all the HCG is out of your system. I had already stopped bleeding for awhile and my numbers were down to three. The next day after my last blood draw my body started to ovulate.
