Is this it!?

I have a headache that won't go away. I'm getting cramps that feel slightly worse than a period. Below are the timings of the cramps. It's like a medium pain. I can't sleep because of the cramps and headache. I have to breathe deeply through the pain, so I'm not sure if the cramping is from the sweep I had done yesterday, or if this is actually the real deal contractions I've been waiting for. The cramping is pretty much about 5 minutes apart. My boyfriend doesn't think that we would go from 1 cm dilated to contractions like this, when i mentioned it to him earlier. He's at his brothers tonight so I'm not sure what to do!
