UTI after sex

I feel stupid asking this, but is anyone else prone to UTI’s? Or does anyone else get them after sex?

My husband and I have great hygiene, and if we don’t shower before we have sex, then we shower after, but I swear.... if I don’t jump in the shower IMMEDIATELY after, I’m almost GUARANTEED a UTI!

I’m 30, and I feel like we’re honestly doing something wrong, and it’s damn frustrating. I love having sex with my husband, but I find myself saying “no” more and more because I don’t want to deal with the UTI that comes afterwards.
