I need help plz
I’m 8weeks & 3 days I been constipated about 5 days now I tried everything think from veggies to fruits and pills and drink but nothing is working I feel like going to the bathroom so bad and when I go I keep pushing it’s there but it won’t come out I’m in so much pain and I don’t know what to do plllllllllllz helllllp 😭💔💔
