What could this be please

Hey girls basically stopped taking the pill nearly 3 months ago now...... as all I did was bleed on it. I didn’t really have regular periods anyway. I haven’t had a period yet since stopping it, very light camps yesterday and today very very mild and I wiped and there’s been white/clear sticky discharge with light brown in it ?? no sign of my period as I normally get signs IE boobs swollen and nipples tingle and I’m moody AF

What could it be ?? last had sex Tuesday ?? Then before that was the following Saturday
