Anyone feeling slightly ~off~ down there? Lol

So for the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been having more discharge which is making me slightly uncomfortable/ mildly itchy and I just don’t feel as clean. I don’t think it’s a yeast infection because I don’t have strong symptoms really. Like I said just feeling kind off. Anyone else experiencing this too? I read it can be due to hormone changes. Is anything helpful? I’m 10 weeks just FYI. Thanks :)
