Little one with Milk Allergy
So I’ve posted before about how my LO has a milk protein allergy. So I’ve been off dairy and soy. But he was allergic to something else I was eating so I cut out some major allergens and when I cut out wheat he seemed to get better. But now my problem is making dairy free and wheat free food. Before his allergy I lived off bread and dairy lol. I’m lucky in that I live with my MIL and she has been cooking all her regular food just without dairy or wheat. But I’m still not eating enough. Before I got pregnant I was 130. Now after these restrictions im down to 118 which I feel isn’t healthy esp while breastfeeding. I feel like I’m constantly eating but it doesn’t seem to be enough. Anyone have to cut out this much from your diet? Do you have any go to resources for recipes? I think I just really need to make some go to snacks that I can just grab and eat in between meals.
