My poor baby is sick

So my baby was sick about three weeks ago with a horrible cold. It finally went away but now came back with a vengeance. She is so incredibly stuffy and cannot stop coughing and her nose won't stop running and now she is running a fever of 101.1. I'm so worried about her. She has a really hard time breathing. I'm wondering if she has RSV? I plan to call the Dr first thing in the morning to get her seen. I've given her Tylenol for the fever and hylands cold and mucus. She also has a humidifier running in her room and one end of the crib mattress is propped up slightly. I'm a worrying mama right now!!!
