Night sweats after mastitis?

So this could be purely coincidental, but I experienced neither with my first born.

A couple days ago, a raging case of mastitis landed me in the ER with a high fever. As expected with a high fever, I had uncontrollable shivering and sweating. After IV antibiotics and fluids and starting on oral antibiotics and Tylenol, I'm feeling much better. I no longer have a fever and I think we've nursed through the blockage.

What I do still have, however, is serious sweating while sleeping! I know post partum night sweats are common, but this didn't begin until after this mastitis episode a week after the birth of my son. While I have a newborn and am not sleeping regularly, it's really obnoxious to wake up from every nap and bit of sleep drenched in sweat! Does anyone have any experience with this, especially related to mastitis or treatment of mastitis?
