2 Months Late- Negative Tests

I’m currently late 1 day of my second missed period. I haven’t had a period since September.. I have been taking tests and they’re always very blank. Well I was sure I would get my period this time and I was spotting weird last week which I’ve never done and now there are still is no signs of a period. I have 2 year old twins and found out when I was 3 weeks pregnant with them so I’m not sure what’s going on right now. I don’t have any cramps or anything besides breaking out and I’ve never been late or missed a period at all and I’m not on any birth control
