Stomach upset and spotting
Hi there, I’m about 7 weeks pregnant. I have had really bad Diarrhea the last 24 hours. And this morning in noticed I was spotting/ bleeding.
The doctor didn’t seem bothered unless I was heavily bleeding. Has anyone else had these symptoms or had stomach upset/bug when pregnant?
