Boss unhappy because of amount of sick days I have taken

Ladies looking for some advise, since being pregnant I have had alot of time off here and there because of morning sickness or generally feeling unwell. Today my boss advised me of this and also made a comment about how my other colleague who has just gone in maternity was great and didnt take so much time off. This really upset me because every pregnancy and person is different and I didnt like her comparing me to someone else. She doesnt want to let me work from home despite having a laptop and worked from home I'm the past. Not sure what to do.
