constant pressure and cramping in pelvic area

I’m 7 weeks 3 days today and last night around 3 am woke up to some pretty bad gas pains, since then I felt like I’ve had this constant cramp and pressure in my pelvic area and idk why. I’m not sure if this is normal but usually when I get any cramps or pressure it goes away within minutes. I’m not experiencing any bleeding or discharge but it’s starting to worry me. I have an appointment tomorrow morning at 9 so I’m trying to hold off on going in right now unless it gets painful. It’s more dull and uncomfortable right now, should I be worried?
