Varicose veins on labia?

First pregnancy and only 26.5 weeks. I think I have varicose veins on my labia. They are very sore! Anyone have any recommendations or have these and have a normal vaginal delivery? When do they go away? Help!

I had that also before and during pregnancy and still do it’s so painful and they can’t do anything about it not that I know of or been told 😭😭😭😭 my vagina would sweep up so badly because of the veins

I was told varicose veins don’t go away unless they are removed but sometimes get better after delivery because the pregnancy hormones make them worse. (Told this my my OB).
