Do you believe In Spirits/ghosts?

We recently moved to a new city almost a year ago, and found this place online and did an online tour and only saw the place and surroundings when we got here our first day.
It’s a great neighborhood from what people say and have had no issues.
My step kids came for a few weeks and I’m usually the first to get up.
I go in the kitchen and 3cups are places in the center on the kitchen and 2plates.
I was seriously weirded out b/c had it “fell” they would of shattered.
My step son (twins) is known to sleep walk, so I picked it up, made breakfast and told them what I saw when everyone got up. 
He says “I swear I don’t recall sleeping walking!” (poor thing, how could he?)
So I let it go.
Fast forward 3 months ago
My SO and I are bringing in groceries and I was putting things on the table and he says honey, what’s all this.
I look around the island and there is a few cups and a glass cutting board in the middle of the kitchen floor.
He then says maybe it was the cat, puzzled I say “it’s glass it would’ve broken.”
Mentioned the incident that happened when our stepson was here and he kinda blew it off.
Yesterday, come home and yet again one sole glass cup on the floor! 
No real reasonable explanation as to why this keeps happening.
Im beginning to question if something happened in this home.
This isn’t my first encounter with “spirits” or “unexplained” things, but the first with objects.
It’s become more frequent, and I might just flip out if it happens again.

Get a hidden camera! Try to capture it—that might help. 
When I was younger we had to move into a rental home because our house had sold and we were moving out of state. 
The rental home was owned by a co-worker of my mom’s. Evidently, the co-worker had lived there with her husband and kids until she had gotten a divorce. The ex-husband had kept the home and ended up dying years later (not sure if it happened in the home or what—my mom never asked). 
So, while living in the home we always just had this weird sense of unease. It could have just been because it wasn’t our home and most of our stuff was packed in boxes. The house style wash way outdated—it was a split level home with shag carpets throughout, yellow bathtubs and floors in the kitchen, and 70’s style appliances and cabinets. He had left some furniture behind, like an old antique dresser that still had some random things in it. 
My dad had already moved out of state to start working and it was my brother, myself, and my mom living in the home while we finished the school year. One night, at 2:30 am, the alarm clock in the kitchen started going off. It woke all
of us up and we turned it off. 
It kept happening, but not every night. We messed with the alarm, switched all the settings, and even messed with the time. It was one of those old basic clocks from the 80’s, so it wasn’t anything too techy. 
It would still randomly go off at that same time. 
One night, my mom was up late working on her computer when the doorbell rang. This house was located off the beaten path and it was again, around that same time. She never looked to see who was outside because she was too scared. 
Another day, super early in the morning before we got up for school we were woken up by some loud booming sounds. It sounded like explosions. They were so loud that they shook the house. My brother and mom ran in my room where we huddled on the bed and looked out the window until it was over. There was a nuclear power plant in our town and we could see that it’s lights were on, but nothing seemed out of the norm. 
When we went to school that day, nobody talked about it, it was as though we were the only ones who experienced it. 
I don’t know if I believe, but stuff like that makes me wonder for sure. 
Since then I’ve experienced a couple strange things, but they could all be explained by something.

Have had many paranormal experiences. When my husband and I first moved into our house, I’d always hear footsteps from our second floor. All three (me , husband and cat) were in the living room laying down. 
Second time I heard a little kids laugh. I said nope , poured salt/brick dust outside and saged the whole house. Even the cat got saged lightly. 
Third. Some bins were what I would say “yeeted” across the kitchen. They were on the counter and before you say it was the cat. My cat weighs a little less than 10 pounds ... these bins weighed about 15 pounds with various objects. We went out and come home to the bins across the kitchen. No one else has the keys to our house. 
I’ve only seen one shadow but that was it. I was sitting down on the sofa in the living room and it looked like  it stuck it’s head out of our gun room . Yes we have a gun room, husbands dad left him guns. 
Every now and then I sage the house on a Friday (idk why Friday. Just feels weird if I don’t do it on a Friday). If I hear or see anything I sage. Also I got rid (more like gave back) some old gifts from my Mom like the wedding pearls , Dad got them for my mom as a wedding gift. Passed down to me when I got married . I feel like it brought something with it. Also some old doors from a Victorian home  that’s in the family . I was gonna turn into barn doors but I gave them back to my mom something weird about it.
