Peak/high fertility

Okay guys so I need help,

The last 3 days I got high fertility from my clearblue digital opk. Today I tested again and got another flashing smiley face .. i do have PCOS & have not taken any medication to help me ovulate this month. So the fact I got high fertility did excite me. What I am wondering is will I ever get peak fertility ? If I don't does that mean I did not ovulate ?

Me & my partner have been doing the BD nonstop the last couple days, is it possible to get pregnant during high fertility even if you don't reach peak fertility ?
