WTH is happening???? Long post apologies ahead

Ok I’m 36 I have PCOS and endometriosis. I successfully had twins at 24 and so thankful was diagnosed a year later with a couple of cysts. Since it’s been overwhelmingly hard to conceive. My periods have been like clockwork for about 8 years now so I have been ttc for over 4. I get OPKs and chart like crazy. Every month tons of tests BFN but I have to POAS. I have been so busy this year I honestly haven’t been trying. I did not chart or temp in the last 3 months, but as predicted by glow I started exactly on the day I was due. This month I BD per my app alone and some CM testing. My period was due on 16th and still nothing. 3 days ago at 6 days late...I got a very sharp pain in my lower belly that shot straight down through my hoohaw. It lasted a whole second no more but man it hurt. The next day I was at work and felt some very very minor cramping or pinching like. Lasted a few minutes and went away but came back pretty frequently about every few hours. When I got home after 5 nothing felt great. Same thing morning and afternoon pinching nothing at night for 3 days. Yesterday I had nothing at all except sir BBs which I never get. Tested today at 9 days late BFN. But since I didn’t chart could I have ovulated late? Or what could this be. I have not been late let alone miss a period in 10 years so not ovulating seems outrageous to me. Someone give me good vibes, I just need to hear from someone other than my DH who doesn’t understand anything about women’s bodies lol.
