New to periods help

Hey so I’m 15 and I got my first period September second November (earlier this month) idk if they’re gonna b regular but anyways I need some help with products. Right now I’m using always teen pads they’re okay I just don’t know if I really like pads and Tampax organic tampons with a liner, but they’re expensive!! I wanna keep using organic I think because they reduce tss and cramps and I’ve heard chemicals can cause cervicle cancer b it I don’t know what. Have any recommendations? I shop at target. Has any one tried the ones in like the round container I think they’re like green? And for pads I still need them for sleeping so what ones do you guys like? Some I feel they’re way to big on me.
