Do high school relationships last?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year. Our relationship is really good and I see us lasting for a really long time I'm just scared of how things may change after high school

The way I see it, my husband and I grew up together. We aren’t the same people we were when we first got together in school, but our core values are still the same so it works. We matured as a team instead of as individuals... idk if that makes sense lol.

My sister and her boyfriend got together when they were 15. Stayed together through high school, moved in with each other after graduation and went to college together. Two weeks ago they broke up. She's in the bedroom, he's downstairs on the couch. She's doing a semester in Australia because now she's having a hard time finding her own place.

Every person and relationship is different. I still have love for my highschool sweetheart because he was my first love and I was with him for 4 years, but it didn't work out for us and that's ok.

Sometimes they do. My best friend and her husband have been together since we were 16. It will be 20 years together for them next year. 
You're still young, don't overthink it, just enjoy your time together now and try not to worry what may or may not happen. I will say I spent the first half of my twenties single, and it was a pretty fun time - traveling, working in resort towns, dating, going to college. Life can go in many different ways!
