Could I be pregnant

My period was October 29th-November 2nd I had sex, and then I had sex I think during fertile window, still no period. I always come on overnight which was suppose to be Tuesday my actual period never came. I am so achy and I feel like I am about to come on, but nothing. Could it be possible or should I wait to test Friday to see if I come on. I am never late. I just noticed yesterday that I was late. I was in the hospital last week due to blood pressure could I be late due to them giving me a lot of medication??
