Flea Treatment options for dogs and home

I use Frontline Plus on my 2 dogs every month. 2 weeks ago I noticed my lab was starting to scratch more. I checked her a few different times for fleas but didn’t find anything. I thought maybe she was experiencing dry skin even though that’s never been an issue before. Last week she was digging more, and my second dog started to scratch as well so I knew it had to be that. I finally noticed the fleas on my lab.

They both just had their flee treatment 2 weeks ago, basically around the time she first started to scratch. I always do the treatment as a preventative and have actually never had to deal with fleas (as far as I know). Do I need to go to the vets next for a more intense treatment option and something for my home? Or what is the next thing most of you do if you’ve had to deal with this before?
