How to manage weight while stress?
I’ve gained 25 pounds this year. I think the biggest factors are my antidepressants and stress from nursing school that I started both 3 months ago. I noticed that my feet are more sore than ever from standing and my knees feels like I ran 5 miles whenever I stand up. I already reduced my carbs intake which is usually what I do to lose weight for the last few years. The last 3 months tho, I gain a pound or 2 every week and I’m starting to get uncomfortable overall.
Anyone in similar situation/experience that can give me a tip?
