8 days late, brown discharge, nausea

8 days late on my period. Not sure when I ovulated, had sex around that window. Told my dr on November 27th I was 4 days late on my period. He said if it continued take a pregnancy test. I just now had intense nausea and stomach pains. I woke up with diarrhea today and for like 5 secs my mouth got watery on the second bathroom trip. I feel yucky inside. (Weird) but my spine is aching 🤔 literally my damn spine! This is the only discharge I have been getting for the past 6 or 7 days. I've had normal period pms symptoms, that's why I'm thinking it's coming! A new morning, NOPE! STILL NOT HEEEEERRRREEEEEEE. Also. Yesterday I didnt eat anything at all. Busy busy day. I had a piece of cheesecake 😂. But I know my body this will not cause diarrhea. Also when I pee I'm getting this sweet aroma from vagina.
