Blood in stool?

I’m a little over 20 weeks
I have been having a tougher time going to the bathroom recently and having spots
Of blood while wiping but today it was on my actual vowel movement. 
Normal?
This is my first pregnancy

If it’s bright red blood that means it’s probably from a small tear on your rectum and not a major concern. If it’s blood IN your actual stool or your stool is black then seek medical attention immediately.
