Ugh I’m over today

So I’m 28 weeks pregnant, high risk for premature labor: my body is already hurting from baby sitting low. Anyways my son come home from his dad’s this afternoon, his dad refuses to give him his adhd medication, when he’s off of it he can’t sit still for even a minute. I repeat myself in 5 seconds, he does things like run through the house, will throw toys at his younger sister(she’s will be two in a few weeks), eat everything in the house, will throw chairs at me if he gets mad, runs off where I have to chase him down the road and few other things. With his meds it’s a lot calmer, doesn’t throw stuff or hit his sister and not as many reminders. He’s gonna be 9 years old in February and he had adhd and conduct disorder. I’m about to lose it, he’s already pushed his sister off a desk just because he thought it be funny. I have asked and sent his meds to his dad and his dad just flushes it down the toilet. This is getting to much for me and what is he gonna do with the next baby is here when he’s off his meds. I love my son I really do but I can’t handle him off his meds. This causing me to have BH, because I’m up chasing him around and he’s only been home for an hour and I have BH. Ugh 😩. Court ordered that he comes back at 3pm so it’s way to late for his morning med.
