Looking for advice

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice. Me and my partner had unprotected sex from the middle of my fertile window to the end of it. 4 days before my expected period I started to have a really light bleed that became a bit heavier. It’s been doing this for around 3 days now. Sometimes it stops all together. Its not bright red like my normal period and I bleed quite heavy. I’m also regular so it’s unusual for me. I’ve suffered with tender boobs and nausea since the bleeding started. I also suffer with intense cramp which I haven’t experienced. I’ve had very minimal cramp instead. Is there any chance this is a sign of pregnancy or is it my period?
