Pregnancy scare

I’m going through a pregnancy scare right now and my period is supposed to come in a day or so but I’m super stressed, anxious, and depressed. I’ve been overthinking for a few weeks now and I took a test today which came back negative. But I get discharge everyday but everyday it’s different. Today my discharge is whitish and stretchy but thought that only happened during ovulation. I’m currently on day 29 of my cycle and I have irregularish periods so I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not.
