Gestational diabetes diet???

I have had a 1 hr glucose test that came back irregular than a 3 hour that also came back irregular. There having me do the gestation diabetes diet for 2 weeks and then do another 1 hr test. For those of u who have GD or are on the diet ... can I get some ideas for snacks and meals ???

I eat a lot of boiled eggs, Greek yogurt that has low sugar (triple zero or yoplait), and always pair a carb with a protein like half an apple and a slice of cheese.

I eat a lot of eggs, almonds, fage plain Greek yogurt, salad and lean meat. It’s definitely annoying with also testing 4x per day.

Eggs, string cheese and chicken are the only things not raising my blood sugar through the roof atm. Ugh I’m getting put on insulin tomorrow because my body just can’t regulate any carbs what so ever.

I do super grain oatmeal or whole fat yogurt for breakfast. I can even do whole wheat bagels with cream cheese and it won't spike my blood sugar but everyone is different. I made stuffed mushrooms. Tuna salads. Fish tacos. Chicken enchiladas. I use whole wheat tortillas.
