Is my baby the only one not sleeping long stretches ??

My 2 month old wakes up every 2.5-3 hours to feed . He is exactly 9 weeks old and 13 lbs . He is formula fed .  I keep reading about all these babies sleeping through the night or long stretches ; I’m curious .. any other babies not sleeping long stretches 😭

You're not alone. My family makes comments and tries to give suggestions.. which is fine but I tell them it's normal and every baby is different. My son is 11.5 weeks and just the past 2 nights got 5 hour stretches

It’s normal for babies to continue to be up through the night until 6 months old. My son goes through phases of how long he sleeps at night. Some nights he sleeps all night and others he is up a few times. Luckily, when he does wake up he doesn’t want to eat, he just wants snuggles and then goes back to sleep.

Mine definitely doesn’t sleep thru the night I’m lucky if I get a 4 hour first stretch

Idk If I’m “lucky” but my son is almost 3 months and sleeps from around 11pm till 8am , some nights will wake up around 3-4am to eat but usually he’s good through the night. It depends how much he eats before he goes to bed.
He’s also formula fed weighing 14lbs now. 
Idk if it will help, but I give him room temp bottles throughout the day and then 1 warm bottle before bed, he also sleeps on his belly.

We are in the “lucky to get a 2 hour stretch” camp.
EBF 16 lbs, 3 months.
He was doing a longer stretch for about a month ago, but 😞 
He’s still a better sleeper than my first and we do all the same things.

You’re not alone. ♥️ a friend of mine suggested the “nested bean” sleep bag/swaddles. They are lightly weighted and she said within 3 nights her LO went from 3-4 hour stretches to 6-7 hours. I’ve ordered one... it’s arriving Tuesday and I can’t wait!

It’s normal same here my little one  is 11 weeks he would some what sleep at night but wakes up every 3 hours for feeding but I notice if I have a family party he would pass his bed time take his bottle and those a stretch sleep like latest is 5 hours but normally every night is 3 hours even sometimes 2 hours. My friends baby those to stretch hours she lucky but I don’t mind cause they won’t stay this small

Oh we were so lucky and getting 8 hour stretches! And then right around the 12 week mark, our little lady decided it would be fun to wake mom and dad up every two hours! I think she is going through another growth spurt.

Is my baby the only one not sleeping long stretches ??
