PCOS?

So I’ve just been to the doctor and given my symptoms (irregular periods is the main one) and family history there’s a chance I may have PCOS. I’ve been reading about it online and I’m seeing all these articles about having a higher risk of ovarian and endometrial cancer if you have PCOS and/or irregular periods. I’m so scared now and worried, but I won’t get my test results for a while. Any help or advice or even something to just put my mind at ease 😰
