Do you think its possible to work from home on a business PRODUCTIVELY with your kids at home?

It depends on how old your kids are if there infants and toddlers no but if there older kids who can keep themselves occupied for 4 to 8 hours depending on how long you work without alot of supervision then yes

I have a two year old and can’t even shower or cook without interruptions. I can’t even imagine actually trying to focus and work!

My biggest issue with working while my kids are home isn’t my productivity. That’s certainly an issue, the kids slow me down a lot but I can usually hit my mark. But I am a very neglectful parent. My 3yo hates staying home with me on a work day because he has to play alone all day which means he’s in front of the TV a lot. My 6 month old isn’t a fan either, he wants interaction from me, not to watch me sit in front of the computer for 8 hours. I HATE when my kids are home while I’m working. It might be easier when they’re older and can entertain each other but now it absolutely sucks.

yup, my dad did it. as a kid he was constantly in his office, but he hired nannies to ease the stress. he also taught us to be independent from a young age so when the nannies weren't there we'd just do our own thing. i would be allowed to play in his office if i wasn't distracting, so i would just play with legos or take a nap. if he was in a phone call i knew not to come in. 
he was super stressed until we got older, but his efforts definitely paid off. i started living with him when i was 3 or 4 and i was a pretty quiet child though so it was easier for him. i also have a brother who's 8 years older and would do his own activities.

If you have childcare then yes. If not, and young kids, then definitely not.
