Help!! Clearblue advances questions

I’m on CD19. My cycle varies slightly but is usually pretty normal about 29 days. I had all low fertility and didn’t test from CD15-CD17. I was on vacation at my sisters visiting and very sick. I figured with my cold that ovulation would be definitely delayed. Well CD17, I noticed my sex drive going up. Wet CM. And figured my body was trying to get back to normal. Had sex CD18 and 19. Did a test today and it was low again but I have EWCM.

I am wondering if I didn’t sleep very long could I miss my peak? Literally I’ve been up every 2-5 hours each night nursing and coughing. I feel like I could be ovulating soon because I was a horn dog last night. But the tests are not telling me so...

Do I test again tonight and see what happens? Advice please..
