Is caffeine okay?
Hey ladies. Before I found out I was pregnant I used to drank a lot of sodas. Now, all I’m drinking is water & ginger ale because I know caffeinated drinks aren’t good to drink during pregnancy. Well, my stomach gets “uneasy” at times and I get a little nauseous. The only thing that seems to settle my stomach is drinking a soda. I’m drinking a soda almost everyday sometimes twice a day. Is this okay? Should I find some other way to remedy this?
