What should I do ?!

I’m seeing a guy from last one month approx and he said that he has never gone down there much Cz he never really liked it before me. And today he said he’s not gonna do it again a lot Cz he thinks it made his throat sore. I know he’s just making excuses and honestly I don’t have any problem if he goes down there or not. But it kinda feels weird and I’m not feeling good after that.
