Is this a freckle???

So a few years ago I developed some weird freckles on the palm/sole side of my hand and foot and a bunch on my shoulders.

Should I be concerned now? I never really thought about them until now, but I knew I didn’t grow up with them. I’m 23.

Should I have a doctor look? Or would they have already created problems if they’re cancer?

I’ll post a pic of the one on my pinky.
