Prayers

I’m supposed to be 8 weeks 3 days today and had our first ultrasound. It didn’t quite go as planned as there was no heartbeat, fetal pole measured at 5 weeks and the uterus measured at 7 weeks. We go back in next week to discuss our options and look again. The doctor says she’s not hopeful.

This was my first pregnancy and never felt so deflated in my life. I know there are those who have gone through the same thing 🌈 , but just wondering if anyone had any advice for the next try in the future once we get through this stage.
