Worried or overthinking??

So I recently switched OBs because of my insurance,, well I had a pap and breast exam in October but my new ob has to do a pap and breast exam on all new pts so I let her,, well she told me to keep an eye out on my left breast because she thinks she felt something and I had alot going on my mind and remembered the next day that before I was pregnant I would get sharp shooting pains to my nipples, which I still get (I called and informed her) well I informed her that 2 weeks ago and while taking a shower today I shaved my underarms and felt pain,,so I examed my breast and felt a round "lump" so I checked the right side and it had it as well but the left side was way more rounder and it hurt a little..

Idk what to think,

I know my sister has cyst in her breast..

also I'm 13w6d pregant
