I’m currently 7 days late and have gotten only one positive pregnancy test the rest have came back negative I am having dull lower cramps and have been feeling kinda nauseous the past few days i tested again this morning and once again have negative tests, I also spotted two days before I was supposed to start my period. Could I be pregnant?
