Morning sickness?

Every time I take the prenatal vitamin, I either throw up immediately or roughly 20 minutes later. Tonight was different. I took the vitamin and 20 minutes later I threw up. But not like normal. Tonight was violent. Everytime I throw up until there is nothing left. But tonight, I threw up to the point where I couldn't breathe and I started crying. Is this normal? I'm seeing a doctor in the morning just in case.

It could be normal, if could just be that your nausea is getting worse. Are you taking the vitamin with food?

I’ve heard that if you take one in capsule form instead of a solid pill you can empty the capsule it into a glass of water to make it easier to take.

Take it with food in the evening

Its probably from the iron. It can be really hard on the stomach. Try a gummy vitamin (no iron) and then solgar gentle Iron. That worked for me last time.
