Junel fe 1/20

Ugh so 2 months fine on this bc. Transitioned off iud. take this at the same time everyday. Havent changed any other medications.

I am in the middle of the pack and feels like my cycle wants to start. I have break through bleeding, cramping, back pain and pmsing moody again. 😬😬

I am calling my nurse ob today to see if i need a stronger kind cause holy shit my pmsing in middle of pack is x10. Worse.

Anyone on junel fe lo dose experice this and went on higher dose ? Or just waited a few months to adjust ?
