He has a girl bestfriend ? &’ she doesn’t like me yet doesn’t know me &’ didn’t make an effort to know me

Me and my boyfriend first started off ass really close friends and then we decided to try things out between us, it was really hard in the beginning and we went through some stuff and i guess in the process he told him best friend about what happened mind you me and her have never met, the other day we were in the car and and they were on ft and she happened to say something out of pocket, from there I didn’t really like her like she would try to be little me she would always be bothered by the slightest mention of me, and after i started to realize the way she would react and respond I didn’t feel comfortable with them two being friends, am i wrong if i tell him I don’t want them being friends? I would feel wrong if i ask him that because she was there before i was but my gut is telling me she likes him and cares for him more than in a friend way, &’ i always listen to my instincts and i feel really weird about his best friend.
