No insurance until Jan 1... first pregnancy

Hi all! I’m about 9w and have only been to a clinic to confirm pregnancy. It’s about $2,200 for a first prenatal visit. Has anyone gone to their first appointment around 12-14w? Anything I should be concerned of? TIA!!
