It’s been this way for a few days now...
Why are my nipples hard and sore to the touch? I have nipples rings but they’ve never been this sore for the whole 9 months I’ve had them pieced? Also a few days ago I have very very little white stuff come out of my right nipple. Is was very little and it was the only time that’s happened.

It's possible that its hormonal. Every so often I get a cycle where my nipples are just horrible, like very sore and erect.

I have had my nipple rings in for over a year now, a couple months ago my were completely not feeling it. They were extremely sore, sensitive and had stuff coming out of them. I change my jewelry regularly, I usually wear white gold or titanium. I’d take them out, clean them with warm water with sea salt. Also, change your jewelry too. If it’s cheap jewelry it’ll help if you move up to something like titanium even silicon!
