8 days late still getting bfn

I'm not sure if I'm really late or not. I didn't track it as a period bc it was so light I didn't even use a pad/tampon. My periods are usually super heavy and lots of clots. Could I be pregnant or no? I've taken ept and cheap ones they are still saying no.
